Us

N-Exim Ltd. was founded in 2021 by people with over 10-year experience in transport, logistics, supply chain planning, customer and customs services. Gained experience, friendly relations with both Customers and customs administration made us move forward and decide to establish a new entity which would grow freely based on know-how, flexibility, engagement and openness for new solutions.

We are constantly expanding our team of specialists to keep up with the needs of our clients, who can therefore focus on their business. When developing solutions, we are always guided by the interests of our clients, never giving up full compliance with the law.

Our Services

We provide a wide range
of customs related services:

preparation and lodgement of customs declarations

preparation and legalisation of certificates of origin, EUR.1 and A.TR

handling special procedures (inward and outward processing (including INF2), customs warehousing, temporary admission)

returnable/reusable packaging management

obtaining permits for special procedures

obtaining permits for approved places, temporary storage facilities, customs warehouses

drawing up and presenting applications for the correction of customs declarations, confirmation of export on the basis of alternative export evidence, regulation of the customs status of goods removed from customs supervision, retrospective lodgement of an export or re-export declaration

as well as other agreed individually
